Refill or new set??

🆘 Did you know that a refill is only a refill when you have 40% or more of your lash extensions intact?

Now sometimes we have some of you lash lovers arrive with little to no lashes on to an appointment booked only with enough time for a fill.. 🤔

The time we allocate to a lash refill, even if with the added time of an extra fill is only enough time to fill the 60% you have lost due to shedding natural lashes etc.... not enough time to do a full set by any means. ⏰

We hate to be a bit cranky but honestly if you come in with 4 lashes hanging off one eye after 3 weeks expecting a refill it is quite tough on us. It means we feel pressured & rushed to provide you with super full lashes in a short time space. Not giving us time to create perfection, sometimes making us late or skipping our much needed breaks 🥵

If you’re losing loads of lashes writhing the first week please contact us, that week not 3 weeks later. If you went home & cried your lashes off the first day or had hay fever & rubbed please let us know! We are here to help, to troubleshoot & give you full lashes.

We have a full troubleshooting system for premature lash loss & poor retention. We want to try to fox it for you for future, however we can’t when we have nothing to assess & only have 1.5hrs to do a full set. That’s not a full set then you will continue to have less & less lashes as we never can give you a FULL set...

Please understand that we are here to give you amazing lashes but we also need to take our time to do our job safely & properly ❤️
